Birthday parties
The Oshawa Zoo is a great place to host your birthday parties. The price is $10 per person and includes a small bag of popcorn for each of the kids to feed the animals.
You are welcome to bring your own food for the party. We ask that you don’t bring any balloons as they can be bad for the animals if they happen to get into their pens.
Hosting your party at the zoo is a great way to celebrate with friends family and the animals!
Pony rides
Pony rides are great for children under 5 feet tall and under 70lbs.
Parents are welcome to walk around beside their child during the ride but we ask that photos wait until the end of the ride.
Pony rides are $6 per ride per person. Or $10 for two rides with the same child riding. Pony rides are such a great fun experience for the kids!
Picnics
At Oshawa Zoo, visitors have the delightful opportunity to host picnics amidst the serene surroundings. Families and friends can gather together amidst the lush greenery, enjoying the company of both each other and the zoo’s diverse inhabitants.
The spacious picnic areas provide ample room for spreading out blankets, setting up tables, and savoring delicious meals. Whether it’s a sunny summer day or a crisp autumn afternoon, picnicking at Oshawa Zoo offers a memorable experience for all ages.
School trips
$9 per person, including free small animal feed for the kids. Supervising staff are admitted free on a 1 to 5 ratio. All personal support workers are free.
If payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be made out to Oshawa Zoo and Fun Farm. The bank will not accept cheques incorrectly made out.
