Q:Do you have pony rides?
A: Yes. Pony rides operate from 10am until 3:30pm. They cost $6 per ride. There is a 70lb and 5′ limit.
Q:Is there food available?
A: We have a delicious food stand called Monkey Mikes. They have a variety of options for very reasonable prices.
Q:Can I bring a picnic?
A: Absolutely. We have a number of picnic tables set up throughout the zoo.
Q:Can I bring food from home for the animals?
A: No. We do not allow outside food for the animals.
Q:Can we feed the animals?
A: We have bags of popcorn available for $3 each or 4 for $10. During covid, we ask that you do not feed the animals from your hand as it can create a contact point to spread the virus. You can throw the popcorn on the ground and the animals will love it just as much.
Q:What are your prices?
A: $16 – Adults

Q:Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept credit/debit and cash.
Q:What are your hours?
A: We are open from 10am until 5pm every day until labour day. After labour day our hours change to 10am until 2pm during the week and 10am until 5pm on weekends.
Q:What is included in a family pass?
A: A family pass is for a couple and their children.
Q:I purchase my day pass online and it only shows one name but I purchased passes for multiple people?
A: All of your guests will show up in our system. Just show up and we’ll scan the QR code and you and your guests will be listed on our computers.
Q:Do we have to reserve a time to come?
A: No. No reservations are required. We are a very large outdoor facility and never come close to reaching our capacity.
Q:Do we have to wear a mask?
A: We ask that you wear a mask through the front entrance, but once you’re out into the zoo, you can take it off and social distance.
Q:Is parking free?
A: Yes. We have free customer parking available.
Q:Do you have a gift shop?
A: No. We do not have a gift shop.
